Responsibilities
Search and identify Government & Private tenders, RFQs and EOI.
Study tender documents, eligibility, BOQ, scope and commercial terms.
Prepare and compile technical & commercial tender documents.
Handle online tender submission and document uploading.
Coordinate for EMD, PBG, tender fees and other required documents.
Assist in BOQ, rate analysis, quotations and commercial comparisons.
Maintain tender records, deadlines and Tender MIS.
Handle vendor/client registration and SAP Ariba related activities.
Key Skills: Tendering, E-Tender Portals, BOQ, Rate Analysis, SAP Ariba, MS Excel and Documentation.
