Role Description The Tendering role is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad. The role involves identifying tender opportunities, analyzing tender documents, and preparing compliant, competitive proposals for drilling and exploration projects.

The tendering professional collaborates with technical, commercial, and operations teams to gather inputs, estimate project costs, and define execution timelines. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating pre-bid queries, maintaining tender documentation, tracking tender statuses,



and ensuring timely submission in line with client and regulatory requirements. The role also supports post-tender clarification, assists in contract negotiations, and contributes to continuous improvement of tendering processes and templates.

Qualifications
Strong skills in tender preparation, bid management, and proposal drafting for industrial or infrastructure projects.
Ability to analyze technical specifications, commercial terms, and contractual clauses to ensure compliant submissions.
Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) and basic documentation management tools.
Good numerical aptitude for cost estimation, budgeting, and price comparison.
Effective communication and coordination skills to work with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
Experience in mining, drilling, construction, or related industrial sectors is preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Commerce, or a related field; relevant tendering or contracts experience is an advantage.
GEM portal usage experience.
