Roles & Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end proposal engineering activities from enquiry/RFQ to technical evaluation, proposal preparation, costing and order handover.
Analyse RFQs, tender documents, technical queries and deviation sheets to develop technically compliant solutions.
Perform thermal sizing and mechanical design for solid fuel boilers, thermic fluid heaters, hot water and hot gas-air generators.
Prepare and review P&IDs; and select critical components such as fans, pumps, valves and instrumentation.
Prepare detailed costing and techno-commercial proposals based on customer requirements and site conditions.
Coordinate with customers, vendors and internal front-end/back-end teams for smooth proposal development and order transition.
Conduct Order Transfer Meetings and provide technical clarification during project execution.
Lead and guide the proposal engineering team, ensuring quality and timely completion of proposals.
