We are looking for a technically skilled Technical Supervisor to oversee day-to-day maintenance and technical operations at a residential facility. The candidate should have solid knowledge of MEP systems and experience in supervising technicians and maintenance activities.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily technical and maintenance activities at the site.
Monitor and maintain Electrical, Plumbing, DG, HVAC, STP, WTP, RO, Pumps, Fire & Safety systems.
Ensure preventive and breakdown maintenance is completed on time.
Supervise technicians and allocate daily work.
Conduct regular inspections and identify technical issues.
Coordinate with vendors, AMC service providers, and contractors.
Maintain logbooks, checklists, maintenance records, and daily reports.
Ensure compliance with safety procedures and site standards.
Handle emergency breakdowns and technical escalations.
Support smooth functioning of all MEP and facility systems.
Candidate Requirements
Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering preferred.
3–6 years of relevant technical/facility management experience.
Experience in residential apartment facility management preferred.
Solid knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.
Good team-handling and vendor coordination skills.
Immediate joiners or short notice candidates preferred.
