We are looking for a Ticketing Executive with hands-on experience in flight ticket booking and travel operations. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of domestic and international flight bookings, bulk bookings, quotation preparation, and customer coordination.
Key responsibilities
Handle domestic and international flight ticket bookings.
Manage the complete ticketing process, including booking, rebooking, cancellations, and amendments.
Prepare and share flight quotations based on client requirements.
Handle bulk/group flight bookings and coordinate with airlines/suppliers.
Check flight availability, fares, schedules, and applicable booking conditions.
Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth ticketing operations.
Maintain accurate booking records and documentation.
Ensure timely issuance of tickets and provide appropriate follow-ups.
Resolve booking-related queries and provide suitable travel solutions.
Required Skills & Experience
1+ year of experience in flight ticket booking/ticketing.
Prior Travel & Tourism industry experience is required.
Good knowledge of domestic and international flight ticketing.
Experience handling bulk/group bookings.
Ability to prepare flight quotations.
Good understanding of fares, schedules, and booking procedures.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
GDS knowledge (Amadeus/Sabre/Galileo/Travelport) is a plus.
Valuable attention to detail and ability to work in a quick-paced environment.
Pay: ₹10,024.46 - ₹20,599.73 per month
