We are looking for a Tour Coordinator to manage customer travel requirements and coordinate tour arrangements to ensure a smooth and enjoyable travel experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Understand customer travel requirements and assist with suitable tour packages.
Coordinate tour bookings, itineraries and travel arrangements.
Communicate with customers regarding tour details, schedules and requirements.
Coordinate with hotels, transport providers and other travel partners.
Handle customer queries and provide timely updates.
Follow up with customers from enquiry to booking confirmation.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of tours.
Resolve customer concerns and provide necessary support during the tour process.
Maintain accurate records of customer enquiries and bookings.
