We are looking for a Technical Manager to lead our development team and take ownership of product execution and roadmap.

Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and manage the engineering team.
Plan and oversee development, releases, and technical delivery.
Collect customer feedback and identify product improvements.
Own and prioritize the product roadmap based on customer and business needs.
Convert requirements into transparent technical tasks and timelines.
Ensure code quality, performance, and reliability.
Collaborate with Product, UI/UX, Marketing, and Customer Support.
Identify technical and product bottlenecks and drive solutions.

Requirements




4+ years of software development experience with leadership experience.
Solid experience with React, JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, APIs, and databases.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to combine hands-on engineering, team leadership, and product thinking.
Preferable experience in SaaS, Three Js or machine learning

We’re looking for someone who wants to build a global technology product from India not just manage a team. Pay: ₹572,647.62 - ₹1,054,004.18 per year
