Job Summary
The Team Leader will be responsible for managing and motivating a team of loan executives, achieving monthly business targets, generating and converting loan leads, ensuring proper documentation, and maintaining compliance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of loan/sales executives.
Set daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets for the team.
Generate recent leads through various channels and ensure timely follow-up.
Monitor the complete loan process from lead generation to disbursement.
Ensure accurate collection and verification of customer documents.
Coordinate with credit, operations, and other departments for loan processing.
Track team performance and prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports.
Train new team members on loan products, sales techniques, and company processes.
Maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners.
Ensure KYC, documentation, and other regulatory/company requirements are followed.
Handle customer escalations and resolve operational Issue

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
1–3 years of relevant experience (or as required).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and relevant software/tools.
Ability to multitask and work independently as well as in a team.
Required Skills
Solid leadership and team-management skills.
Valuable communication and negotiation abilities.
Knowledge of loan products and basic financial processes.
Target-oriented and capable of working under pressure.
Good customer-handling and problem-solving skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
