Key Responsibilities ;
Support the prioritisation and delivery of the technical backlog for BPI capabilities, aligning activities with business value and risk.
Apply BPMN modelling standards and promote consistent process-modelling practices across the organisation.
Create, review and maintain business process models to support process understanding, configuration and quality assurance.
Provide guidance and support to business users on process modelling standards and best practices.
Support the interpretation and analysis of process mining and task mining outputs to identify process inefficiencies and improvement prospects.
Work with stakeholders to understand business processes, requirements and operational challenges.
Support the configuration and effective use of SaaS-based process management / process modelling platforms.
