Position: Business Development Executive (Field Sales)

Location: Jhansi

Salary
₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month (based on experience and performance)

Eligibility
Education: Diploma or Graduate
Age: 18–38 years

Job Responsibilities
Acquire and onboard PhonePe speakers.
Visit assigned market areas and generate new business opportunities.
Build and maintain solid relationships with merchants.
Explain PhonePe products and services to potential customers.
Achieve monthly sales and onboarding targets.
Ensure proper documentation and timely activation of merchant accounts.
10 TP is mandatory for achieving per day targets.
Provide after-sales support and resolve merchant queries when required.




Submit daily activity and sales reports to the reporting manager.

Required Skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Confidence in meeting customers and handling field visits.
Basic smartphone and digital payment knowledge.
Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
