Job Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in OSD manufacturing, preferably in a technology transfer role.
Solid understanding of technology transfer principles and practices.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting and prioritize tasks.
Solid communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Experience with gap assessment and process optimization techniques.
