We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller Executive to promote and sell our SaaS products. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, understanding their requirements, explaining the product and its benefits, generating leads, and supporting the sales team in converting prospects into customers.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate leads.
Explain SaaS products, features, perks, pricing, and available plans.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
Follow up with leads through calls and WhatsApp.
Schedule product demos or meetings for interested prospects.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and customer responses.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
Coordinate with the sales team for qualified leads and successful conversions.
Handle customer queries professionally and provide basic product information.
Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects to improve conversion rates.




Update customer information and sales activities in CRM/software.

Required Skills
Positive verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Hindi and English communication skills.
Confident and persuasive approach.
Basic knowledge of computers, CRM, and MS Office.
Ability to understand and explain software products.
Good follow-up and relationship-building skills.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Ability to handle rejection and work in a sales-oriented environment.

Qualification
Graduate in any discipline.
Candidates with experience in telecalling, inside sales, SaaS, software sales, or business development will be preferred.
Freshers with valuable communication and sales skills can also apply.
