About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and experienced Aptitude Trainer to deliver high-quality aptitude and reasoning training to college students and graduates. The ideal candidate should have robust conceptual knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to simplify complex problems and engage students effectively.

The role involves conducting classroom and online training programs, developing training content, assessing student performance, and supporting students in preparing for campus placements and competitive examinations.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver training in Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning and Verbal Ability .
Train college students for campus placements, recruitment assessments and competitive examinations .
Explain concepts clearly using practical examples,



shortcuts and problem-solving techniques.
Conduct mock tests, assessments and practice sessions.
Develop aptitude questions, question banks, worksheets and training materials.
Analyse student performance and provide appropriate feedback and improvement guidance.
Handle large classroom batches and maintain high levels of student engagement.
Conduct online and offline training sessions as required.
Coordinate with academic/project teams to ensure effective training delivery.
Travel to colleges and training locations across states, as required.
Maintain training records and submit session and student performance reports
