Job Role

We are looking for a proactive Training & Placement Officer to coordinate student training programs, build employer relationships, and support students in securing suitable job prospects.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage training and placement programs.
Connect with companies and HR professionals for placement opportunities.
Identify suitable job openings for students/candidates.
Coordinate interviews, recruitment drives, and placement activities.
Maintain student/candidate placement records and databases.
Conduct career guidance, employability, and interview preparation sessions.
Coordinate with trainers, students, and employers.




Follow up with candidates and companies throughout the recruitment process.
Generate placement reports and track placement outcomes.
Build and maintain robust relationships with colleges, companies, and industry partners.

Requirements
Graduate in any discipline; relevant experience preferred.
Good communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
Basic knowledge of recruitment and placement processes.
Ability to communicate with students, colleges, and corporate HR teams.
Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace is an advantage.
Target-oriented, organized, and proactive.

Pay: ₹10,260.38 - ₹25,058.43 per month
