Job OverviewWe are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Support Executives to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, understanding their concerns, providing accurate information and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Candidates with prior experience in NBFC, Banking, Financial Services or Customer Support will be preferred.
Key ResponsibilitiesHandle customer queries and concerns through calls and other support channels.
Understand customer issues and provide accurate and timely assistance.
Resolve customer queries professionally and ensure a positive customer experience.
Maintain proper records of customer interactions, queries and follow-ups.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues effectively.
Follow up with customers wherever required.
Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain service quality.
Follow company policies, processes and compliance requirements.
Achieve assigned customer support and performance targets.
Candidate RequirementsExperience in Customer Support / Customer Service is preferred.
Candidates with experience in NBFC, Banking or Financial Services will be given preference.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle customers professionally and resolve their concerns.
Basic computer knowledge.
Ability to maintain customer records and follow-ups.
Customer-focused attitude with valuable problem-solving skills.

SalaryUp to ₹25,000 per month, based on experience and interview performance.
