Responsibilities:
Provide professional and courteous service to guests.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.
Handle guest requests and coordinate with the concerned departments.
Support daily resort operations and ensure smooth guest experiences.
Follow hotel policies, safety procedures, and service standards.
Work effectively as part of a team.
Requirements:
Good communication and customer-handling skills.
Hardworking, punctual, and responsible.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Previous hotel/resort experience will be preferred.
Freshers can also apply.
Comfortable working in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
