Job Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Explain company products/services clearly to customers.
Generate leads and follow up with interested customers.
Handle customer queries and provide appropriate information.
Maintain daily call records and update customer details.
Follow up regularly to convert leads into customers.
Achieve assigned daily and monthly calling targets.
Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion.

Requirements
Fresher or candidates with up to 1 year of telecalling experience can apply.
Valuable communication and convincing skills.




Basic knowledge of computers.
Hindi/English communication skills preferred.
Positive attitude and willingness to work with targets.
Candidates with prior telecalling, customer service, or sales experience will be preferred.
