The Transport Relationship Executive is a strategic leadership role accountable for the overall efficiency and flawless execution of all transport operations. The core objective is to drive complete system automation and strictly enforce Time Around Time (TAT) standards to ensure smooth, timely, and cost-effective logistics performance across the organization.
Job Responsibilities :
● Drive the strategic overhaul and automation of transport processes to maximize efficiency.
● Define, implement, and strictly monitor Turn Around Time (TAT) standards across all transport phases.
● Provide direction and ensure high performance and accountability of the transport team.
● Oversee the development and daily monitoring of the data-driven Transporter Grading System and Price Grade analysis.
● Ensure the comprehensive cleanup, verification, and governance of the Master Data for all transporters.
● Implement the strategic shift from daily orders (DO) to fixed, long-term Sales Order (SO) based ordering.
● Manage the department's financial and payment protocols, ensuring full automation of advance payment and discount structures.
● Monitor reports, departmental training sessions and guide TRMs for complaint resolution.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
