About the Role.

We are looking for energetic and target-oriented Business Development / Sales professionals to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have solid communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to acquire recent clients and build long-term relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Acquire new clients and build solid customer relationships.
Open Demat & Trading Accounts and achieve acquisition targets.
Explain and promote investment and trading products to prospective clients.
Follow up with leads and convert prospects into active customers.
Cross-sell relevant financial products and services.
Maintain regular communication with clients and support relationship building.
Achieve monthly sales, revenue and business targets.
Ensure proper documentation and adherence to company processes.
Contribute towards overall revenue generation through sales activities.
