Visit retailers, wholesalers, distributors, hotels, restaurants, supermarkets, and other assigned customers on a regular basis.
Promote and sell company products to existing and potential customers.
Identify new customers and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets as assigned by the Sales Manager.
Take customer orders and ensure timely communication of orders to the concerned department.
Maintain valuable relationships with customers and address their queries and complaints professionally.
Follow up on outstanding payments and coordinate with customers regarding pending dues.
Monitor competitor products, pricing, promotions, and market activities and report the information to management.
Ensure proper product display and visibility at customer locations wherever applicable.
Regularly update the company regarding market visits, customer feedback, sales activities, and recent business opportunities.
Maintain accurate records of customer visits, orders, collections, and expenses.
Follow the company's sales policies,



procedures, pricing guidelines, and reporting requirements.
Coordinate with the distribution, accounts, and operations teams to ensure smooth order and delivery processes.
Handle company products and promotional materials responsibly.
Perform any other sales-related duties assigned by the management.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.
Local Language Preferred - Konkani
Previous experience in sales or field sales will be preferred.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to negotiate and convince customers.
Knowledge of the local market and territory will be an advantage.
Ability to work independently and travel extensively within the assigned territory.
Valid driving licence and willingness to travel are preferred.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
