Roles & Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day retail store operations.
Lead and coordinate the store team.
Drive store sales and achieve business targets.
Manage inventory, stock replenishment, and expiry control.
Monitor store performance and operational KPIs.
Ensure compliance with company SOPs and operational standards.
Handle customer queries and escalations effectively.
Support online/omnichannel orders and customer deliveries.
Maintain store hygiene, discipline, and visual merchandising.
Ensure smooth coordination between team members and internal departments.

Job Requirements




Graduate preferred; relevant retail experience will be considered.
25 years of experience in retail/store operations preferred.
Experience in pharmacy, healthcare, FMCG, or organized retail is an advantage.
Solid team handling and leadership skills.
Positive communication and customer-handling skills.
Knowledge of inventory and stock management.
Target-oriented with a customer-first approach.
Basic computer knowledge.
Ability to manage store operations independently.
