Tata 1mg is hiring Senior Pharmacists for its Retail Pharmacy Stores across Bangalore.
Roles & Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day retail pharmacy operations.
Dispense medicines accurately as per valid prescriptions.
Handle customer queries and provide excellent customer service.
Manage inventory, stock replenishment, and expiry/near-expiry checks.
Ensure proper storage and handling of medicines.
Manage online and omnichannel pharmacy orders.
Maintain pharmacy records, registers, and documentation.
Follow company SOPs and all applicable pharmacy regulations.
Support store sales and achieve business targets.
Maintain store hygiene and operational standards.
Guide and support junior pharmacists/store staff.
Job Requirements
Qualification: D.Pharm / B.Pharm
Valid Karnataka State Pharmacy Council registration/license is mandatory.
Experience: 36 years, preferably in retail/community pharmacy.
Solid knowledge of medicines, prescription handling, and dispensing.
Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.
Knowledge of inventory and expiry management.
Basic computer knowledge.
Candidates with experience in organised retail pharmacy chains will be preferred.
