Role Description This is a full-time, in office UI/UX Designer role based in Lucknow. The UI/UX Designer will be responsible for creating user-centered interfaces for web applications, including wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.

Daily tasks include collaborating with product managers and developers, gathering and analyzing user requirements, and translating them into clear design concepts and flows. The role involves refining visual design elements, ensuring consistent design systems, and improving overall user experience through usability testing and iterative design.



The designer will work closely with the front-end development team to ensure accurate implementation of design specifications and maintain a cohesive look and feel across products.

Qualifications
Strong skills in Mockups and Visual Design, with the ability to create clean, contemporary, and accessible interfaces.
Proficiency in Prototyping and User Experience Design (UED) to design intuitive flows and validate concepts with stakeholders and users.
Understanding of Front-End Development principles to collaborate effectively with developers and ensure design feasibility.
Experience with industry-standard design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar).
Ability to conduct basic user research and usability testing, and to incorporate feedback into iterative design improvements.
Strong communication, collaboration, and presentation skills for working with cross-functional teams.
Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Previous experience designing web applications or SaaS products is preferred.
