Role & responsibilities
SAP Data Entry & Transaction Processing Enter, update, and maintain business transactions accurately in the SAP system.
SAP Order Processing Create and process sales, purchase, production, or service orders as required.
Inventory Management Record and monitor stock movements, goods receipts, goods issues, and inventory adjustments in SAP.
Material Master Data Create, update, and verify material/master data while maintaining data accuracy.
Goods Receipt & Goods Issue Process GRN, goods receipt, goods issue, and related SAP transactions according to company procedures. 6. SAP Documentation Maintain SAP-related records, transaction documents, reports, and supporting paperwork.
Data Accuracy & Verification Check entered information against physical documents and identify discrepancies before completing transactions.
SAP Reports Generate routine SAP reports related to inventory, orders, production, purchasing, or dispatch.
Coordination With Departments Coordinate with stores, warehouse, purchase, production, sales, finance, and logistics teams for timely transaction processing.
