Key Responsibilities:
Lead financial planning, budgeting, accounting, and MIS reporting.
Manage cash flow, revenue, costs, and financial controls.
Ensure GST, Income Tax, statutory and audit compliance.
Oversee banking, investments, and financial operations.
Lead the Finance & Accounts team and support business decisions.
Requirements:
CA preferred; MBA Finance/CFA is an advantage.
5+ years of senior finance experience, preferably in healthcare/hospital industry.
Robust knowledge of financial planning, taxation, compliance, and ERP/HIS.
Excellent leadership and analytical skills.
