US IT Recruiter –

Location: Gurgaon | Shift: Night Shift, 6:30 AM - 4:00 AM IST

Experience: 1–3 Years

Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end IT recruitment for the US market.
Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and databases .
Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, and job requirements.
Coordinate interviews and manage candidate follow-ups.
Work with hiring managers/clients to understand requirements.
Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers.
Negotiate rates/salary and assist with offer closure.

Required Skills:
1–3 years of US IT Recruitment experience .
Positive knowledge of US IT technologies and job market.
Robust sourcing and screening skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Comfortable working in US night shifts .
Canada recruitment experience is a plus.
