We are looking for an experienced US IT Recruiter to join our growing recruitment team in Hyderabad.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end US IT recruitment for various technical positions. Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, internal databases, and other channels.
Strong experience in US staffing, sourcing, screening, and candidate submissions.
Understand US IT requirements, job descriptions, and technical skill sets.
Conduct initial candidate screening and coordinate interviews.
Maintain strong candidate relationships throughout the recruitment process.
Work closely with hiring managers and recruitment teams to close positions within timelines.
Positive understanding of US work authorization, time zones, and recruitment processes.
Required Skills:
1.5+ years of US IT Recruitment experience
Robust sourcing and headhunting skills
Valuable knowledge of US IT technologies and job requirements.
Excellent verbal and written communication
Ability to work in US/night shifts
Target-oriented and good negotiation skills
Immediate joiners / candidates with short notice period preferred
