Role Description The US IT Staffing Business Development Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Hyderabad.

Qualifications
Must have own clients.
Candidates should possess robust Business Development and New Business Development skills, with a proven ability to generate and close opportunities in US IT staffing.
Candidates should possess solid Information Technology domain understanding to effectively position staffing solutions and communicate with technical stakeholders.
Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including transparent written and verbal communication and confident client presentations.
Candidates should possess effective Account Management and relationship-building skills to maintain and grow existing client partnerships.
Relevant experience in US IT staffing or IT services sales, preferably working with mid-size and enterprise clients.
