Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced US Technical Recruiter to identify, attract, and recruit qualified technical professionals for contract and full time opportunities across the United States. The ideal candidate should have robust knowledge of US staffing, recruiting processes, candidate sourcing, and technical skill sets.

Key Responsibilities
Source and identify qualified candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and other recruiting platforms.
Review resumes and evaluate candidates based on job requirements.
Conduct phone and video interviews to assess technical skills, experience, and communication.
Work closely with hiring managers and account managers to understand job requirements.
Present qualified candidates for open positions and manage submissions through the hiring process.
Maintain regular communication and follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Coordinate interviews and provide candidates with interview preparation and updates.

Required Skills
1+ years of experience in US IT/Technical Recruiting.
Robust understanding of the US staffing and recruitment process.
