About the Role
We are looking for a motivated US Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in US staffing and be comfortable with sourcing, screening, and managing candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, resume databases, and other channels.
Review resumes and match candidates with job requirements.
Conduct screening calls and assess experience, communication, availability, and work authorization.
Manage candidate submissions, interviews, feedback, and follow-ups.
Maintain candidate records in ATS/CRM systems.




Handle multiple requirements and meet recruitment targets.

Requirements
6 months – 3 years of experience in US Recruitment/Staffing.
Good communication and candidate management skills.
Familiarity with sourcing platforms and Boolean search.
Understanding of US work authorization and W2/C2C/1099 is preferred.
Target-oriented, proactive, and willing to learn.
