Role & responsibilities

Oversee and coordinate multiple civil construction projects from the corporate office.

Review project plans, drawings, BOQs, estimates, budgets and schedules.

Monitor project progress, cost, quality and timelines through reports from project/site teams.

Coordinate with Project Managers, consultants, contractors, vendors and internal departments.

Review contractor bills, variations, material requirements and project documentation.

Support tendering, estimation, contract administration and vendor finalisation.

Conduct project review meetings and identify delays, risks and corrective actions.

Prepare MIS and project progress reports for senior management.

Ensure projects comply with contractual requirements, company standards and approved budgets.





Guide and supervise project/site teams from the corporate office.

Preferred candidate profile

B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.

Solid experience in construction/project management.

Experience in project planning, contracts, estimation, costing and billing.

Good knowledge of BOQ, tendering, budgeting and project controls.

Strong leadership, coordination, negotiation and decision-making skills.

Experience handling multiple construction projects preferred.
