Location: Indiranagar, Bangalore (Work from Office + In-Person Home Visits)

Shifts: 9 AM to 9 PM

Working Days: 5 days/week (includes weekend)

Primary Objective: Uncover user household requirements through discovery calls, schedule onboarding sessions.

What you'll do:
Lead Deep Discovery. Get on the phone with prospective users to uncover their household pain points, domestic staff setups, daily routines, and unstated expectations.
Synthesize the Chaos. You will translate every messy, human conversation into insights, structured user briefs, and operational notes. You ensure that when our team steps into their home, we know what they need.
Set the Stage. You will manage the pipeline of interested users, qualify them to ensure M is the right fit, and set explicit, honest expectations about what our alpha product can and cannot do.
Seamless Scheduling. Coordinate and lock in in-person onboarding slots for our Onboarding Managers with extremely busy individuals,



without creating back-and-forth friction.

Who you are: You have 0–3 years of experience (freshers are welcome).

You likely come from a background in psychology, journalism, humanities, or qualitative research—disciplines that teach you how to ask the right questions and synthesize complex human behavior.

You possess exceptional verbal communication, active listening skills, and high emotional intelligence.

You Need:

Deep empathy. you can disarm skepticism and make anyone feel comfortable unpacking their household stress over a call.

Superb written synthesis skills. You can turn a 30-minute rambling conversation into a crisp, actionable one-pager.

Sharp organizational skills to manage discovery pipelines and schedule handoffs seamlessly.

Fluency in English and Hindi (Mandatory).
