Role Description The Validator role is a full time, on-site position based in the Greater Indore Area. The Validator will be responsible for checking and verifying construction-related data, documents, and reports for accuracy and completeness, including drawings, measurements, material records, and compliance documentation.

This role involves coordinating with site engineers, project managers, and quality control teams to ensure that work performed aligns with project specifications and regulatory standards. The Validator will prepare validation summaries, maintain organized records, and escalate discrepancies or potential risks in a timely manner. The position also includes supporting audits,



contributing to process improvements, and helping implement standardized validation procedures across project sites.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess solid attention to detail, analytical thinking, and the ability to interpret construction drawings and technical documentation.
Candidates should possess skills in data verification, documentation management, and basic reporting using common office and project management tools.
Candidates should possess effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional site and office teams.
Candidates should possess problem-solving skills, the ability to identify inconsistencies, and a proactive approach to resolving issues.
Relevant experience in construction, civil engineering, quality assurance, or site supervision is highly beneficial.
A diploma or degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field is preferred, along with familiarity with local building standards and safety regulations.
Ability to work on-site in the Greater Indore Area, adapt to field conditions, and use basic measurement and inspection tools as required.
