About the Role

We are looking for a Veeva CRM Techno-Functional Consultant with strong client-facing & communication skills. You will be the bridge between business and technical teams for Veeva CRM implementation, enhancement and support.

Key Responsibilities

Functional - 50%

Work directly with Pharma / Life Sciences business stakeholders to gather, analyse and document requirements Conduct client workshops, demos, UAT and trainings Functional expertise in Veeva CRM/Vault, Call Reporting, Approved Email, Engage, Events Management, Sampling, My Insights Configure Veeva CRM objects - Accounts, Addresses, Call, Territory, User Management, Sharing Rules Create BRD, FSD, Process Flows and provide functional support Technical - 50%





Support Veeva CRM Development using Salesforce Platform - Apex, LWC, Triggers, Flows, SOQL Work on Data Migration, Data Loads, Integration with Veeva Vault / Network / Third-party Debug issues, provide L2/L3 support and minor enhancements Collaborate with Salesforce / Veeva developers for custom solutions Must Have Skills:

4 - 8 Years hands-on in Veeva CRM / Vault (Techno-Functional) Solid in Veeva Configuration + Basic Salesforce Development Valuable understanding of Pharma Commercial Operations & Compliance Excellent Communication Skills - Must be able to lead client calls independently Veeva /Vault CRM admin Certification is a big plus Positive to Have:

Salesforce Admin / PD1, Veeva Vault, Veeva My Insights, Agile Education: B. Tech / B. E / B. Pharma / M. Pharma / MCA / MBA
