THE ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
We are seeking a driven and technically grounded Business Orchestration & Automation SME to join our team. In this mid-level role, you will serve as the critical bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams — translating operational challenges into scalable automation solutions. You will design, implement, and optimize end-to-end process workflows using up-to-date BPM, RPA, and integration platforms to drive measurable efficiency and business value.

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

Must-Have
6+ years of experience in AI orchestration, enterprise automation, or workflow design.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Engineering, or a related field
Process Analysis & Design
Conduct process discovery workshops with business stakeholders to identify automation and orchestration prospects




Model current-state and future-state workflows using BPMN 2.0 and DMN notation
Perform process mining and value stream analysis to quantify improvement potential (time, cost, error rate)
Author detailed process design documents, business requirements, and functional specifications
Automation & Orchestration Development
Design, build, test, and deploy automated workflows using at least one RPA tool.
Hands-on Experience with a BPM/orchestration platform
BPMN 2.0 process modeling — able to model and review complex workflows independently
Integrate disparate enterprise systems via APIs, middleware, or iPaaS platforms
Implement event-driven and human-in-the-loop workflow patterns to handle exceptions and escalations
Ensure automation solutions adhere to security, compliance, and data governance standards
Delivery & Continuous Improvement
Own the full automation lifecycle: discovery → design → build → test → deploy → monitor
Define and track KPIs f
