NWe are looking for a creative and detail-oriented designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing engaging, intuitive, and user-friendly presentations, campaigns, proposal, videos, banners etc. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate user needs into functional and visually appealing designs.

Design engaging and visually impactful presentations, proposals, and pitch decks aligned with business objectives.

Create marketing campaigns including banners, posters, social media creatives, and promotional assets.
N
Develop high-quality PowerPoint (PPT) presentations with embedded videos, animations, and interactive elements.
N
Edit and produce videosfor marketing, product showcases, internal communications, and social media platforms.
N
Conceptualize and execute branding and visual storytelling elements across digital platforms.
N
Design user-friendly layouts and interfaces for web and mobile platforms when required.
N
Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate user needs into functional and visually appealing designs.

Ensure consistency in branding,



typography, color schemes, and visual standards across all materials.

Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and industry best practices.
N

nRequired Skills & Qualifications

N

Bachelor's degreeor diploma in Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, HCI, or a related field with 0–2 years of relevant experience.
N
Solid proficiency in Figma and Canva, with solid understanding of UI/UX principles, layout, typography, and branding.
N
Advanced PowerPoint (PPT) skills including animations, embedded videos, and qualified pitch deck creation.
N
Hands-on experience in video editing using tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar platforms.

nBonus Skills

Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
N
Experience with additional video editing tools such as Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Filmora, or CapCut.
N
Motion graphics, animation, and basic post-production skills including sound editing and color grading.
N
Familiarity with designsystems and digital marketing creatives.
