Role & responsibilities
Lead the overall LAP Affordable business for the state and achieve disbursement, revenue, and portfolio targets.
Develop the state business strategy and identify high-potential markets for expansion.
Build, lead, and mentor Regional Managers, Branch Managers, and sales teams.
Drive sourcing through Direct Sales Teams (DST), connectors, builders, and channel partners.
Ensure healthy portfolio quality by monitoring credit underwriting, delinquency, and collections.
Maintain compliance with company policies, regulatory guidelines, and audit requirements.
Monitor branch productivity, conversion ratios, TAT, and customer experience.
Recruit, train, and retain high-performing sales and operations teams.
Coordinate with Credit, Operations, Risk, Legal, and Collections for smooth business execution.
Prepare MIS reports, analyze business performance, and present reviews to senior management.
