Job Purpose
Support business planning and decision-making tasks by providing appropriate financial advice and undertaking related accounts administration and function delivery.

Roles & Responsibilities
Monthly closing of books of Accounts with Ledger/trial scrutiny.
Ensure, review and control Unit accounting.
Prepare unit MIS & deliver accurate monthly Financial MIS with variance analysis & counter measure
Prepare annual budget
Provide details required for audits as per requirement
PO control & freezing
Assist Unit Head for various accounting support activities as per requirement
Ensure all compliances at unit level incl GST & other compliances
Periodically review compliance tool & update status
Internal Audit, support in cost audit
Control over inventory & permissible purchases




Assets verification as per process and timelines
Inventory as per process and timelines
Cash as per process and timelines

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
Knowledge of Taxation- VAT, Service Tax, TDS, Accounting Standards and Statutory Compliances
Knowledge of SAP
Developing Budgets, Tracking Budget, Expenses Accounting
Managing Processes, Reporting Research Results, Management Proficiency, Coordination,
