nRole Overview
nAs the Sales Coordinator, you will serve as the central operational hub connecting our nationwide field sales teams (across four zones), prospective clients, and our Delhi headquarters. While our field sales team focuses on winning deals, your core mission is to ensure seamless execution—ensuring no lead, demo, quotation, or renewal falls through the cracks.

Lead & Pipeline Management: Own the end-to-end lead lifecycle.



Accurately log enquiries from all channels (email, LinkedIn, referrals, inbound), assign them to regional sales representatives, and rigorously track them through to closure to prevent leads from going cold.n
Demo & Survey Coordination: Schedule and manage product demos and site surveys. Confirm client appointments, assemble and dispatch fragrance samples/demo kits, and execute structured post-demo follow-ups until a definitive response is secured.n
Documentation & Proposals: Draft standard quotations, proposals, addendums, and agreements. Track pending internal approvals and ensure timely delivery to clients.n
Cross-Functional Operations: Liaise continuously between sales and service teams to ensure seamless onboarding, prompt installation scheduling, and correct initial product delivery.n
Reporting & MIS: Generate weekly sales MIS reports for management, highlighting pipeline status, completed demos, conve
