We are hiring for our Retail Pharmacy Stores in Delhi across the following positions:

Roles & Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day retail pharmacy store operations.
Ensure accurate medicine dispensing and prescription handling.
Manage inventory, stock inwarding, replenishment, and expiry/near-expiry checks.
Handle online and omnichannel orders.
Drive store sales and achieve business targets.
Handle customer queries and ensure excellent customer service.
Maintain pharmacy records, registers, and required documentation.
Ensure compliance with company SOPs and pharmacy regulations.
Maintain store hygiene, discipline, and operational standards.
Coordinate with the store team for smooth daily operations.
Support customer retention, promotions, and product visibility.




Guide junior team members and ensure productive store functioning.

Job Requirements
D.Pharm / B.Pharm for Pharmacist & Senior Pharmacist roles.
Valid Delhi State Pharmacy Council registration/license is mandatory for pharmacist positions.
36 years of experience preferred for Senior Pharmacist.
Relevant experience in retail pharmacy/store operations preferred.
Robust knowledge of medicines, dispensing, inventory, and expiry management.
Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.
Team management and coordination skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Candidates from organized retail pharmacy chains will be preferred.
