Tata 1mg is hiring Senior Pharmacists for its Retail Pharmacy Stores in Mohali, Punjab.
Roles & Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day retail pharmacy operations.
Dispense medicines accurately against valid prescriptions.
Handle customer queries and ensure excellent customer service.
Manage inventory, stock inwarding, replenishment, and expiry checks.
Ensure proper storage and handling of medicines.
Manage online/omnichannel orders and customer deliveries.
Maintain pharmacy records, registers, and documentation.
Follow company SOPs and pharmacy regulations.
Support store sales and achieve business targets.
Maintain store hygiene and operational standards.
Guide and support junior pharmacists and store staff.
Job Requirements
Qualification: D.Pharm / B.Pharm.
Valid Punjab State Pharmacy Council registration/license is mandatory.
Experience: 36 years, preferably in retail/community pharmacy.
Solid knowledge of medicines, prescriptions, and dispensing.
Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.
Knowledge of inventory and expiry management.
Basic computer knowledge.
Retail pharmacy/organized pharmacy chain experience will be preferred.
