About Our Client:

Leading FMCG company

Main responsibilities:
Lead the overall HR function across manufacturing plants and corporate office.
Drive HR strategy and people agenda aligned with business and growth objectives (L&D;, Comp & Ben, etc)
Lead manpower planning, workforce productivity and talent deployment across plants.
Build robust employee engagement and retention practices across the manufacturing workforce.




Partner with business leaders on organizational design, succession planning and leadership development.
Drive performance management, talent management and capability building across corporate and plant teams.
Drive HR policies, processes, systems and best practices across the organization.
Partner with the leadership team on culture, change management and organizational transformation.
Use HR metrics and analytics to drive productivity, cost optimization and workforce effectiveness.

Key Requirements:
15 - 20 years of HR experience, preferably across FMCG/Food/Manufacturing.
Solid experience in Plant HR Corporate HR.
Experience working closely with senior leadership/business heads.
Robust leadership, stakeholder management and change-management capabilities.
