Sky Rise Enterprises is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Business Development Executive – Manpower & Recruitment to join our team.

The candidate will be responsible for finding and acquiring new B2B clients for our manpower recruitment business, especially GCC markets, while also handling the company's social media and digital marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and approach potential GCC clients requiring manpower/recruitment services.

Generate new business leads through LinkedIn, email, calls, WhatsApp and online research.

Build and maintain robust relationships with HR, Recruitment, Procurement and Management teams.

Understand client manpower requirements and coordinate internally for suitable candidates.

Conduct regular follow-ups and convert leads into business opportunities.

Maintain and update the company's client/lead database.

Research companies and identify potential manpower requirements.

Manage and grow company presence on LinkedIn, Instagram and other social media platforms.

Plan and publish professional recruitment and company-related content.





Support digital marketing and lead-generation activities.

Track enquiries, leads, follow-ups and conversions.

Candidate Requirements:

Above 1 years of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales or Client Acquisition.

Manpower Recruitment / Staffing / Overseas Recruitment experience is highly preferred.

Candidate should have valuable knowledge of the manpower recruitment industry.

Knowledge of GCC manpower recruitment will be a strong advantage.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Good English communication — written and spoken.

Hands-on knowledge of LinkedIn, social media and online lead generation.

Ability to independently search, approach and convert current clients.

Target-oriented and confident personality.

Should be comfortable with cold calling, client meetings and regular follow-ups.

Important:

This is a Business Development + Client Acquisition + Social Media role. We are looking for one candidate who can independently handle both client acquisition and social media activities.
