Job Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer who can create engaging visual content for digital, social media, print, and marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of design principles, typography, colors, layouts, and brand consistency.

Key Responsibilities
Design creative posts, banners, advertisements, brochures, flyers, and promotional materials.
Create engaging designs for Instagram, Facebook, websites, and other digital platforms.
Develop creatives for marketing campaigns, festivals, product launches, and promotions.
Design print-ready artwork for brochures, standees, posters, packaging, and other offline requirements.
Maintain brand guidelines, including colors, fonts, layouts, and visual consistency.
Work closely with the marketing and content teams to understand creative requirements.
Create multiple design variations based on campaign requirements and feedback.
Ensure all final creatives are properly sized and optimized for their respective platforms.




Stay updated with current design trends and creative styles.

Required Skills
Robust knowledge of Graphic Design principles
Valuable understanding of Typography, Color Theory, Composition & Layout
Creative thinking and attention to detail
Ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines
Valuable communication and teamwork skills
Ability to convert ideas/briefs into visually appealing creatives

Tool Expertise
CorelDRAW (CDR) – Advanced
Adobe Photoshop – Advanced
Adobe Creative Suite – Working knowledge
Canva – Advanced
Experience with other Adobe tools such as Illustrator/InDesign will be an added advantage.

Experience

1–3 years of relevant experience in graphic design is preferred.

Qualification

Degree/Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field is preferred.
