Job OverviewWe are looking for an experienced HVAC Technician to work in the Chiller Plant at Max Super Specialty Hospital, Sector 128, Noida. The candidate will be responsible for operating, maintaining, troubleshooting, and ensuring the smooth functioning of HVAC and chiller plant systems.
Key ResponsibilitiesOperate and monitor chiller plant and HVAC systems.
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of chillers and related equipment.
Troubleshoot HVAC, refrigeration, and chiller-related issues.
Monitor temperature, pressure, water flow, and other operating parameters.
Inspect pumps, compressors, cooling towers, AHUs, FCUs, and related equipment.
Identify equipment faults and carry out necessary repairs.
Maintain daily equipment readings and maintenance records.
Follow preventive maintenance schedules and safety procedures.
Ensure uninterrupted HVAC operation within the hospital premises.




Coordinate with the maintenance team during breakdowns and emergencies.
Maintain cleanliness and safety around the chiller plant area.
Follow hospital and company SOPs for maintenance and safety.
RequirementsMinimum 2 years of relevant HVAC/chiller plant experience.
ITI qualification is mandatory.
Practical knowledge of chiller plant and HVAC systems.
Experience in troubleshooting and preventive maintenance.
Knowledge of pumps, compressors, cooling towers, AHUs, and related equipment.
Positive technical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in shifts as required.
Candidates with hospital, commercial building, or large facility HVAC experience will be preferred.
Should be responsible, punctual, and safety-conscious.
