Job Summary

We are looking for a Production Engineer responsible for planning, coordinating, and controlling manufacturing processes. The candidate will ensure effective production operations, maintain quality standards, and optimize productivity.

Key Responsibilities

· Plan and oversee daily production activities to meet targets

· Monitor production processes and ensure smooth workflow

· Ensure adherence to quality standards and company policies

· Coordinate with purchase, store, and quality teams

· Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce cost

· Maintain production reports and documentation

· Ensure proper utilization of manpower, machines, and materials

· Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions

· Maintain safety standards on the shop floor

Experience
1 To 5 years of sales experience in electrical, earthing, cable tray, or allied products
Freshers with solid communication skills can be considered for junior roles

Preferred Candidate Profile
Experience in manufacturing industry (busbar, earthing, fabrication, etc.)
Knowledge of ISO standards and quality systems
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
