Roles & Responsibilities
Prepare and execute daily dispatch planning for vehicles.
Coordinate truck arrangements for domestic and Nepal dispatches.
Manage truck allocation as per dispatch requirements.
Prepare and coordinate vehicle shipments and shipment changes.
Monitor billing of old vehicles to maintain FIFO (First-In, First-Out) and share reports with senior management.
Perform order punching in SAP, including handling activities when the HO team is unavailable.
Update invoiced chassis details in the VAHAN portal.
Handle invoicing activities for Deemed Export, Nepal, Corporate, R&D;, and other applicable categories.
Manage finished goods (FG) stock at the yard and ensure proper vehicle movement.
Carry out SRN activities related to dealer returns and COP vehicles.
Respond to and resolve dealer queries to ensure dealer satisfaction.
Coordinate closely with Sales, R&D;, CME, and other concerned departments during current product launches to ensure successful product launch and market readiness.
Coordinate with RM and ZM for urgent vehicle billing, order changes, and dispatch requirements.




Track vehicles that are more than three months old and coordinate with Assembly and QA teams for refurbishment after washing.
Perform system billing separately from regular billing to maintain FIFO and achieve monthly billing targets.
Prepare and maintain dispatch, billing, stock, and vehicle ageing reports.
Ensure timely completion of dispatch activities and adherence to organizational processes.

Basic understanding of dispatch, logistics, and vehicle billing processes.
Knowledge of SAP and basic computer applications.
Ability to manage multiple activities and meet monthly dispatch/billing targets.
Good understanding of inventory and FIFO management.
Solid follow-up skills with internal departments, transporters, and dealers.
Attention to detail and accuracy in billing and documentation.
Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team.

Preferred Candidate Profile
Graduate from any discipline.
Freshers can be considered.
Candidates with exposure to automotive dispatch, logistics, SAP, billing, or dealer coordination will be preferred.
