Role & responsibilities
Assist senior engineers in planning, designing, testing, and implementing engineering projects.
Learn company processes, engineering standards, and safety regulations.
Perform technical analysis, calculations, and prepare engineering reports.
Support installation, commissioning, operation, and maintenance of equipment or systems.
Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed according to specifications.
Troubleshoot technical issues and recommend solutions under supervision.
Prepare technical documentation, drawings, manuals, and presentations.
Conduct quality inspections and ensure compliance with quality standards.
Participate in meetings, training sessions, and site visits.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams such as production, quality, procurement, and maintenance.
Collect, analyze, and interpret engineering data for process improvement.
Follow workplace safety policies and environmental regulations.
Continuously develop technical and qualified skills through training and mentorship.
