Urgent Requirements - 10 Hospitality manager or Key Account Manager.
Problem Resolution: Resolve guest complaints, Client Complaints and issues effectively, demonstrating empathy and a commitment to finding solutions that meet or exceed their expectations
Communication: Maintain open and transparent communication with guests, our intern al team ,informing them of relevant information, events, and services available during their stay.
Hospitality and Courtesy: Exhibit a high level of hospitality, friendliness, and professionalism in all interactions with guests, Client & Team.
Guest Feedback: Collect, analyze, and act on guest feedback to continuously improve services and the overall guest experience
Client Services: Provide special attention and services to client .
Coordination: Collaborate with various departments, including housekeeping, Chef, Service , Account Etc.
Computer Knowledge - Required computer knowledge.
Menu Making, Team management, Multiple Client Management Skills Required.
Communication - Valuable English & Hindi Communication required.
