We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Home Care Agency Administrator to lead the establishment and operational launch of a current home healthcare agency.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for taking the agency from licensing and compliance through staffing, service readiness, and day-to-day operations, while building a solid foundation for secure, high-quality, patient-centred care.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the agencys licensing, registration, and regulatory compliance processes.

Develop and implement policies, SOPs, compliance systems, and operational protocols.

Design the organisational structure and establish efficient staffing and workflow systems.

Recruit, credential, onboard, and train clinical and support staff.

Establish standards for patient care, documentation, reporting, and clinical governance.





Ensure adherence to applicable healthcare regulations and quality standards.

Monitor service quality, patient safety, staff performance, and regulatory compliance.

Develop relationships with hospitals, doctors, clinics, senior-care facilities, and other referral partners.

Support development of marketing, referral, and community outreach strategies.

Prepare and manage operational budgets and resource requirements.

Establish systems for continuous quality improvement and operational efficiency.

Work closely with management to successfully launch and scale the home healthcare business
